This website, nextorq.com, is run by Nexgen Engineering Pvt. Ltd., trading as NexTorq (CIN U27201KA2020PTC135912). Our registered unit is at #40 and 41, Silicon City Layout, Giddanahalli Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore – 562107, India.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NexTorq. “You” means anyone who uses this website or contacts us through it.

2. Information we collect

When you use our Power Calculator and ask for a quotation or technical consultation, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and city.
  • The type of request (quotation or technical consultation) and the application you select, such as home, office, shop, clinic, business, industrial or solar.
  • The property type, the appliances you select with their quantities and watts, your chosen backup time and battery voltage, and the results the calculator shows.
  • The web address of the page you sent the request from.

When you use other forms on this website (contact, call-back, dealer, careers), we collect the details you enter in those forms.

Technical information. Our website and the tools it uses may record basic technical data such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit.

3. Why we use your information

  • To reply to your request and contact you by phone or email.
  • To prepare a quotation or a technical design for your requirement.
  • To send you a confirmation of your request.
  • To keep records of enquiries and follow-up, and to improve our website and calculator.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We use the details you give in the calculator form because you ask us to and you tick the consent box before sending. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8).

4. Who we share it with

Your details are available to the NexTorq team members who handle enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share it with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, for example our website hosting provider, email delivery services and the website tools listed in section 6. They may only use it to provide those services. We may also disclose it where the law requires, for example to a court or government authority.

5. How long we keep it and how we protect it

Your enquiry is stored in the database of our website, which is hosted on our hosting provider’s servers. We keep enquiry records for [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete or anonymise them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls for our website administrators, limits on repeated form submissions, and regular backups. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and third-party tools

This website uses cookies and third-party tools, such as Google Fonts, a Google reviews widget, a live chat widget and website statistics. These tools may set cookies or receive technical data such as your IP address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then not work properly.

7. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites, such as our online store at nextorq.in and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
